I can’t pair the Points, help!

  1. Please verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone
    On your iOS device, go to Settings > then Bluetooth and make sure that Bluetooth indicator is set to On
  2. Place the Point adjacent to the upper left side of the phone on a flat surface
  3. Do not hold the point in your hand
  4. Do not place the Point on a metallic surface
  5. Have you paired the Point on another smartphone? A Point cannot be paired to two smartphones simultaneously. You can easily changes phones using your same account or you can give your Points to somebody else to be used with a new account. For more information on this refer to the “Account Setup” section
