How can I send feedback directly from the App

We have two ways to let us know how the Pixie system is working for you.

  1. Send Feedback - From the menu in the upper right corner select the “Send Feedback” button.  Pixie CustomerCare receives all feedback and will reply via to your Pixie Account email address
  2. After each search you can give a Star rating - all the ratings are collected and reviewed by our development team as a quality measure.
