I can’t access my Pixie Account

When you create your Pixie account, the Pixie system will send you an email requesting you confirm your email address.  You will see your “e-mail“ in case it is the wrong email you can change the e-mail by pressing “change e-mail”    or you can select “send again” for new e-mail verification.    

Note, Once you have successfully logged into the Pixie App without verify your e-mail you will not be able to pair any point.             

  • Didn’t get a verification mail? – Please check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot find it please send us an email at support@getpixie.com
  • Forgot your password? – By pressing the “Forgot your password” button, you will asked to enter your email and you will be sent a link to reset your password
  • Forgot your username? – Please search your email Inbox for the Pixie verification email which contains it
